Terms of service | HyperSource

This English version is a translation provided for reference. If it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

Welcome to the HyperSource customer center (the "Service"), provided by Shenzhen Heshu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You can sign in with a phone verification code or set a password. Keep your account and codes safe; actions under your account are treated as your own;
If you purchase on behalf of a company, complete company verification and make sure the information you submit is true and valid;
If you notice unusual account activity, contact us promptly and we can help freeze the account.

Orders and prices

Products with a listed price can be ordered online; for products marked "Price on request", a consultant sends a quote after you submit a request, and it takes effect once you confirm it;
Prices, service terms and delivery are as stated on the order page or in the contract signed by both parties; where the contract and the order differ, the contract prevails;
Orders not paid within the payment period are closed automatically and any reserved resources are released.

Payment, refunds and invoices

We accept WeChat Pay, Alipay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, include the order number in the remarks and upload the transfer receipt; payment is confirmed once our finance team verifies receipt;
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank transfer refunds are returned by bank transfer. Services already provisioned and used are settled per the contract or actual usage;
After payment you can request an invoice in the customer center; a VAT special invoice requires company verification.

Service and renewal

For services billed by period, such as GPU rental and colocation, we send a reminder by SMS or email before expiry. If not renewed, the service is suspended after the grace period; data retention is as specified in the contract;
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not use the Service for unlawful activities; otherwise we may suspend the Service.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
