Engagement and billing
Mostly project-based: we start with a use-case assessment and POC, then quote based on delivery scope. Annual support after launch is optional. Hardware (AI Compute Appliance) and software licenses are priced separately based on the actual configuration, subject to quotation.
FAQ
We don't have a tech team. Can we still do this?
Yes. We can handle everything from assessment to operations. You only need to provide business requirements and data.
Will our data be sent outside?
Fully on-premises deployment is available. Models and data run in your own facility or in a HyperSource data center.
How soon will we see results?
A POC is usually measured in weeks, depending on the use case and how ready your data is.
