• Information you provide when registering for and using the customer center: phone number, email, name, company verification documents (company name, Unified Social Credit Code, business license), invoice details and delivery address;
• Records created when you order and pay: orders, payment transactions, refunds and invoices. We do not collect or store your bank card number or payment password; payments are processed by WeChat Pay, Alipay or your bank;
• The page you came from and campaign parameters (such as utm parameters), so we know which channel an inquiry came from;
• Anonymous visit data collected by website analytics tools.

How we use it

We use this information only to contact you, prepare proposals and quotes, fulfill orders (provisioning services, shipping, issuing invoices) and improve our website and services. We do not sell it to any third party. To complete payments, send SMS and email notifications and issue electronic invoices, the necessary information is shared with the relevant payment institutions, SMS and email providers, and tax invoicing platforms.

Storage and protection

Information is stored within the People's Republic of China. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent leakage, tampering or loss, and keep information no longer than needed for the purposes above.
