FAQ

FAQ

Who maintains the digital human's content?

Narration comes from the site knowledge base. Your staff can add or edit entries, and the digital human uses the changes immediately, with no re-production needed.

Which languages are supported?

Common foreign languages and Chinese dialects can be configured as needed. The exact list is confirmed per project.

Do we need to rebuild our existing mini program and ticketing system?

No. Digital human Q&A, trip recommendations and visitor data connect to your existing mini program and ticketing system through APIs.

Can generated designs be used commercially as is?

Generated results are design drafts. We recommend having a designer refine them and completing a copyright check before production and sale.
